When looking for a place to have their wedding, Baya’ar was a perfect combination of things Lea and Mike both love – spending time in nature, beautiful aesthetics, dancing and having a good time.
We really connected with Lea and Mike from when we first met them (via Skype!), as they both have a love of analog photography, and Mike is a filmmaker himself. While film photography is coming back to the wedding scene, it is still unique, and it is special that we were able to offer them an artistic element that we all are passionate about. The forest around Baya’ar is especially beautiful, and we were able to take advantage of the last moments before sunset on the day of their wedding. They are such a gorgeous couple and it was a joy to photograph them and their wedding.
It was so much fun for us to see how beautifully their day progressed, beginning with family and friends surrounding them during preparations and ending with an unbelievable party. There was even traditional Afghani costumes, music and dancing!
